In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support
fran subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of the alley in Block
2, Cole's Rearrangement of Blocks 1 & 2, and Subdivision and Enlargement
of Block 3, of his Randolph Street and Pleasant Avenue Addition; Block 2,
Buckhout`s Rearrangement of Moore's Addition; Block 2, Watson's IInd Addition
from Interstate 35-E to Chatsworth Street.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ ----- .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �th day of
June, 1983 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
