WHEREAS: Ward Property Management, Inc. (Richard C. Ward, President) On Sale Liquor
Licensee at 899 Payne Avenue, doing business as The Payne Reliever, has
requested permission to decrease the service area of liquor, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby decreased
� to exclude 893 Payne Avenue or 250 square feet in the southeast corner of
the eXiSting building with the stipulation that Mr. Ward will ftu�nish papera

Ward Property Management, Inc. (Richard C. Ward, President) presently
hold an On Sale Liquor License at 899 Payne Avenue, doing business as
The Payne Reliever.
Mr. Ward requests permission to decrease the service area of liquor to exclude
893 Payne Avenue, or 250 square feet in the southeast corner of the
existing building.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
