Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Leo H. Gadbois and Miller Coaches, Inc. hold an On Sale Liquor
License at 289 Como Avenue, doing business as Night Train.
Mr. Gadbois has requested permission to temporarily extend his
service area to include the parking lot and patio areas for
the Grand Opening on May 22, 1983; Memorial Weekend May 27 - 30,
1983; July 1-4, 1983 and Labor Day September 2-5, 1983.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
