WHEREAS, Due to an error in the Ramsey County land usage records,
the property of Mr. Claude Jesse, Parcel Number 10-20000-070-01, was
assessed for Street Maintenance incorrectly which resulted in an over-
charge of $258. 00 in 1983 for the 1982 Street Maintenance Assessment;
now, therefare, be it
RESOLVED, That the Department of Public Works be authorized and
directed to pay Mr. Claude Jesse the amount of $258.00 from the Street
Maintenance Assessment Fund, Activity Number 4231Q-521-000.
