The attached agreement is forwarded for your approval. I will try to go through it step by step so you'll have some idea of what we are doing. Most paragraphs are self explanatory but a few need background. Para. #1 Outlines WSCO's duties in conjunction with Festival portion R.F,D. Sets deadline for list of all planned events. Para. #2 Sets WSCO's insurance requirements. Para. #3 Holds WSCO harmless and indemnifies them regarding the performance of the Bill Hames Show. Para.; #4 Does same as above, only now it is regarding City's performance. Para. #5 Lists WSCO responsibility for providing entertainment. Para. #6 Sets fee WSCO will pay City for various services. Para. #7 Sets fee WSCO will pay for electricial services. Para. #8 Sets fee WSCO will pay City for water service. ' Para. #9 City to continue to make needed utility improvements.
