WHEREAS, The council for the City of St. Paul has received test�mony that
certain persons who are licensed as mptor vehicle salvage dealers were able
to take advantage of lower license fees prior to the effective date of the
ordinance lowering those fees and tha.t other dealers pa.id the then existing
fee; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVID, that the following licensed motor vehicle salvage dealers receive
a $224.00 refund from their $424.00 license fee payment:
