out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:

claim of damages sustained on or about December 26 , 1982 , as
more particularly set out in the [Votice of Claim filed with
City Clerk on February 17 , 1983 .
2 . John A. Marzitelli the sum of $296 .56 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about December 28 , 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on February 7 , 1983 .
3 . Joseph A. Wiese , Jr . the sum of $285 .16 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about February 3 , 1983 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed with
the City Clerk ' s office on February 10 , 1983 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY BURTON R. LOONEY , JOHN A.
MARZITELLI , AND JOSEPH A. WIESE , Jr.
Claimant , Burton R. Looney , requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile which occurred on December 26 , 1982 near York and
Payne in Saint Paul . Mr . Looney ' s vehicle was parked when a City of
Saint Paul , Department of Police , vehicle slid on an icy street and
struck Mr . Looney ' s vehicle . The squad car was driven by Jeffrey D.
Stewart . This office approves the settlement of Mr . Looney ' s claim
in the amount of $411 . 47.
On December 28 , 1982 , a City of Saint Paul snowplow driven by
Michael Brennan was plowing North Smith Street . Our plow struck a
large pile of snow in the street and bounced off and into a parked
vehicle owned by claimant , John Marzitelli . Mr. Marzitelli ' s vehicle
was damaged in the amount of $296.56 . This office approves the
settlement of Mr . Marzitelli ' s claim in the amount of $296 .56 .
On February 3 , 1983 , a City of Saint Paul snowplow driven by Thomas
Corcoran was plowing East Johnson Parkway Service Road. Our plow
struck a piece of ice on the street and bounced off and into an
illegally parked vehicle . This vehicle was owned by claimant ,
Joseph Wiese , Jr . and it was damaged in the amount of $570 . 32 . This
office settled Mr . Wiese ' s claim for $285 .16 . This office approves
the settlement of Mr . Wiese ' s claim for $285 .16 .
