In the matter of acquiring easements for the storm sewer purposes for the St.
Anthony Hill Storm Sewer (Western Tunnel Project) and described as
fol lo�ws;
A permanent easement below elevation 88. 0 feet and above elevation 25.0 feet City
Datum, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer in, under,
across and through those parts of the following described land, all in Ramsey County,
Minnesota. All given bearings , coordinates and distances are Ln reference to Minnesota
State Plane Coordinate System, South Zone.
All those parts of Lots 31 , 32 , block 2, Smith's Subdivision, Lots 19-23 , 28-32 ,
Block 2, Lots 14-19, 32-37, 58-62, 85°89, block 7, Michel's Rearrangement, Lots 14, 15,
28, 41-44, 55-58, block 10, Smith's Subdivision, Lots 8-12; George H.
Schickler's Addition, Lots 4-6, 17-20, 31-33 , 46,47, block 16, Smith's Subdivision, all
located within Stinson's Division, NW 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23; lots 8-11,
21-24, block 1 , lots 1 , 2, 30, block 14, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition, lots 1-3 , 8,
10, block 1, Central Village Addition No. 3 , lots 2-8, block 1 , Central Village Addition
No 4, all located within SW 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23 , lot 12 , block 12,
Elfelt, Bernheimer and Arnold's Addition, Lots 6, 7, block 1 , Grace's Addition, all lo-
cated within SE 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23, lying within a strip of land 60
feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point 29 feet east and 20 feet north of the S.W, corner of Lot 31 ,
block 2 , Smith's subdivision of Stinson's Division, !�1W 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range
23 , southeasterly on a bearing of south 20-28-20,9 east for a distance of 4128 feet to a
point 67 feet east and 122 feet south of the Southwest corner of lot 7, block 1 , Grace's
Addition, SE 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23.
All those parts of lots 4-10, block 24, Warren and Rice's Addition of NE 1/4 of
Section 36, Township 29, Range 23, lots 19-26, 41-45, block 16, Smith's Subdivision of
Stinson's Division of NW 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23 , lying within a strip of
land 60 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point 39 feet east and 115 feet north of the NE corner of lot 10,
block 24, Warren and Rice's Addition, NE 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23, south-
westerly on a bearing of south 60-21-38.9 west for a distance of 941 feet to a point 25
feet east and 11 feet north of the SE corner of Lot 18, block 16, Smith's Subdivision of
Stinson's Division, NW 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23.
Also, a permanent easement for construction and maintenance of public sewers on,
over, across and through parts of Butterfield Syndicate Addition No. 2 , all in Ramsey
County, Minnesota , described as follows :
All of vacated N, St. Albans Street located south of the south line of Pierce
Butler Route to the north line of W. Minnehaha Avenue;
All of vacated Englewood Avenue between N. Grotto Street and vacated N. St. Albans
Street;
The south 50 feet of Lots 31 and 32, block 2 , Smith's Subr3ivision of Stinson's
Division located within the NW 1/4 Section 36, Township 29, Range 23 .
Also a temporary easement for construction surface work and storage area purposes
commencing on January 2, 1982, and ending December 1 , 1984, subject to a 30 day notice
of cancellation by the City, .and described as follows:
All of lots 31 thru 34, and lots 46 and 47 of block 2 , all of Lots 50 thru 58 and
the westerly 10 feet of lot 59, block 3 , Smith's Subdivision of Stinson's Division of
the NW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 29, Range 23 .
