WHEREAS, On March 29, 1983, the Saint Paul City Council approved the Final Order
for improving SELBY AVENUE from Victoria Street to Sumnnit Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Current City procedures provide for parking bans to be implemented
through a Traffic Coordinatiag Unit (TCU); and
WHEREAS, Current Department of Transportation procedures require a Conncil
Resolution approving such parking bans; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That parking be banned on both sides of SELBY AVENUE from Arundel
Street to Virginia Street� arid be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the parking ban will not be implemented until after
reconstruction of the street is completed.
