PAYNE AVENUE BRIDGE
4/26/83 In the matter of bridge removal & construction of a new
bridge over Chicago Northwestern Railroad tracks on Payne
Avenue to improve approaches by constructing a bituminous '
roadway with concrete curb & gutter, reconstructing drive-
ways and walks where necessary, constructing an ornamental
street lighting system & doing all work necessary and in-
cidential to complete this project.
Also, changing the grade of Payne Avenue between Whitall
Street and Reaney Avenue and condemning and taking a per-
manent easement for street purposes.
Also, a permanent street easement on, over and across the
following described land:
The northerly fifty(50) feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Borup and
Payne's Addition to St. Paul. also,
That part of Lot 2, Block 2, Borup and Payne's Addition to
St. Paul lying northeasterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line of said Lot 2
and a line fifty (50) feet southerly from and parallel with
the north line of said block 2; thence northwesterly to a
point on the west line of said Lot 2, a distance of five (5)
feet south from the northwest corner of said Lot 2, and there
said line terminates. also,
That part of Lots 1 and 2, Chas. Weide's Subdivision of Lots
