To Whom It May Concern:
Regarding the proposed new side walk at 1301 Palace and also
420 South Hamline Avenue, St. Paul.
We owners are opposed to this construction because our walk is
in no different condition that all the sidewalks on our street.
The large blocks on the street are mostly cracked. If any of
the sidewalk on this street is replaced, it should all be done:
We think none is necessary at this time.
