In the Matter of acquiring an easement in the City of St. Paul to open, widen,
and extend the northeast corner of the intersection of Selby Avenue
and Victoria Street for street purposes on, over, and across the following
described land:
All that part of Lot 10 and 11, Block 4, Nininger and Donnely's Addition
bounded by the following described line: Beginning at the southwest
corner of said Lot 10, thence north along the west line of said Lot 10 a
distance of 60 feet thence southeasterly along a curve having a central
angle of 90° and a radius of 60 feet to a point on the south line of
said Lot 11 distant 60 feet east of the southwest corner of Block 4,
Nininger and Donnely's Addition; thence west along the south line of
said Lot 10 and 11 for a distance of 60 feet to the point of beginning.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 3,000 financed by Capital Improvement Budget Funds lgg2
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17 th day of
Ma y, 1983, , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
