easement in the land necessary for the slopes,
cuts and fills, including the right of removal
of lateral support from subject land or re-
mainder thereof occasioned by excavations there-
of or construction of slopes in the construction
for new sidewalks on the north side of Arlington
Street from Westminster Street, west to the east
line of Klainert Street, more-or-less.
This is in conjunction with improving Arlington
from Jackson to Westminster.

'I'o decide on whether to proceed with condemning an easement
