WHEREAS, the Division of Planning, the Division of Housing and Building
Code Enforcement, and the Departments of Fire and Safety Services,
Public Works, and Water have reviewed the attached proposed plat
currently described as:
Lot 13, Block 10, Warren and Winslow's Addition, and Lot 10, 11 ,
and 12, Block 10, Warren and Winslow's Addition subject to the
following described easement: A strip of land three feet wide
lying immediately adjacent to, and NLY of the following
described line: Commencing at the SEIy corner of Lot 10, thence
Wly along the Sly line of said Lot 10 to the SW1� corner of said
Lot 10 and there terminating; and
WHEREAS the proposed plat has been found to meet the requirements of
Section 67 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and
approves this plat, to be described as Railroad Island Townhomes.
