RESOLVED, That upon request of the City Attorney made pursuant
to Chapter 5.02 of the City Charter, the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby approve and authorize the proper City
officials' executing a contract with Southern Minnesota Regianal
Legal Services, Inc. , said agreement providing for the furnishing
of legal services to qualifying citizens under the auspices of
the City' s Housing Information Office, a copy of said agreement to
be kept on file and of record in the Department of Finance and
Management Services.
