A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE PRIORITIES FOR USE OF THE ADOPTED
1981 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET APPRQPRIATION TO THE RESIDENTIAL
STREET PAVING AND LIGHTING PROGRAM (RSPP)
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of St. Paul established priorities for use
of $1,783, 000: 00 in Year VII Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Funds appropriated for the 1981 residential street paving
and lighting program (CF 276116, CF 277359 , CF 277903) .
WHEREAS , The actual cost of improvements was less than estimated, leaving
a fund balance; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Upon the recommendation of the Mayor and with the advice of the
Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that the fol-
lowing improvement be included in the list of approved projects
for use of the 1981 RSPP :

include Asbury St. from Lafond Ave. to Englewood Ave. and Simpson St. from
