This budget amendment will appropriate funds for the labor liaison
po sit ion.
Financial , Budgetary and Personnel Impacts Anticipated:
The position will be funded entirely by contributions from outside organiza-
tions. The labor liaison has been hired through a personal services
contract, vvhich has no affect on the authorized personnel levels.
