Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Garcia's Restaurant, Inc. and Louisiana Inn, Inc. request that
the On Sale Liquor License, Sunday On Sale Liquor License and
Entertainment License presently issued to Garcia's Restaurants,
Inc. at 213 East Fourth Street, be transferred to Louisiana Inn,
Inc. and Rudolph E. Garcia at the same address.
Robert C. Manning is the President of Louisiana Inn,Inc. and
Edward Martin is the Secretary. He will operate this business
personally and it will be known as Mannings.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
