Sambo's Restaurants, Inc. (Robert K. Luckey, Chairman) makes
application for an On Sale Wine License, and On Sale Malt Bev-
erage License (menu item only) at 1484 White Bear Avenue.
The officers of this corporation are Robert K. Luckey, Chairman
& Chief Executive Officer; Roger W. Kisiel , President and Chief
Operating Officer; Ralph E. Peterson, Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer; Robert E. Adamowski , Executive Vice
President, General Counsel ; Michael P. Donahoe, Vice President,
Controller and James W. Cole, Senior Vice President.
Mike Rongitsch will manage this business and it will be known as
Season's Friendly Eating.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
