Fairview, St, Paul, M1V 55113 or c/o Anoka State Hospital , Anoka, MN 55303 has an unrecorded interest ; The Board of Water Commissioners has a lien in the amount of $28. 93 as of July 8 , 1980 and a lien in the amount of $35. 08 as of August 12 , 1980. There are no judgements or mortgages of record. This building because of age, deterioration and lack of maintenance and the following deficiencies should be considered for demolition: (1) entire garage is lean�ng to the i�iest; (.2) header ovex main door is sagged and cracked; (_3) main suppozt post is rotted and lean�ng; (4) roof is sagged and has rotted and missing boards ; (5) overhead doors are missing and one door is hanging loose; (.6) building is full of wood debris and constitutes a rodent harborage and a fire hazard. c, The conditions outlined above constitute a put�li.c hazaxd; d. The owner has made no attempt to �atisfactorily repair the damage; e. The continued vacant condition contributes bl�ght�ng influence on the neighborhood; no�+ therefore, be it� RESOLVEDr That in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Section 463. 15 through 463 . 25 , and �ased upon the foregoing findings of the �ity Council , the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make the following Order : OR�ER � 1.
