The plat and site plan be revised to show 18 ft. between buildings and 9 ft. side yard setbacks; 2. a clear entrance way of at least 12 ft. , with 14 ft. recommended be maintained at the driveway; and 3. a certificate of Intended Nonuse be obtained for the vacated alley.
