WHEREAS, Arthur Werthauser has submitted the attached proposed lot split
for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 2240 Vivian Lane and
761 South McKnight Road described as:
2240 Vivian Lane: "Lot 4, except the most southerly 80.00 feet
thereof, Block 2, Oakville Heights Addition;"
761 South McKnight Road: "The most southerly 80.00 feet of Lot 4 and
all of Lot 8, Block 2, Oakville Heights Addition;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
