January 31, 1984, presently issued to Louisiana Inn, Inc. & Rudolph
E. Garcia (Robert C. Manning, President) at 213 East Fourth Street, be
transferred to Southern Track Corporation and Rudolph E. Garcia (Brian
R. Nelson, President) to do business as The Coupler Ltd. at the same
address. (Mr. Garcia will remain on the license for security interest
until purchase price is paid in full and will not have any managerial
involvement).

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Louisiana Inn, Inc. & Rudolph E. Garcia, and Southern Track
Corporation, request that the On Sale Liquor License, Sunday
On Sale Liquor License and Entertainment License presently
issued to Louisiana Inn, Inc. & Rudolph E. Garcia (Robert C.
Manning, President) at 213 East Fourth Street, be transferred
to Southern Track Corporation and Rudolph E. Garcia to do
business as The Coupler Ltd. at the same address. Mr. Garcia
will remain on the license for security interest until purchase
price is paid in full and will not have any managerial
involvement.
Brian R. Nelson is the President of Southern Track, Inc.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval.
