are hereby transferred to Novus Equities Corporation (Richard F. Schmidt,

presently issued to Twins Motor Inn Limited, a. Limited
Partnership and �n-Ty Partnership at 1975 University
Avenue, be transferred to Novus Equities Corporation
dba Twins Motor Inn at 1975 University Avenue.
The officers of this corporation are George H. Kline, 1
Chairman of the Board - Richard F. Schmidt, President -
George H. Kline, Secretary - Gerald J. Sher�nan, Assistant
Secretary, and Richard F, Schmidt, Treasurer. The
business will be known as Twins Nlotor Inn.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommenda+ion
is for approval.
