WHEREAS: Robert W. Flores (Maureen Flores Owner) On Sale Wine, On Sale Malt and
Restaurant Licensee, at 36 South Dale Street, doing business as La Cucaracha
Restaurant, has requested permission to extend the service area of the
restaurant with wine and beer operation, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service be and the same is hereby extended by 1200
sq. ft. to include 34 South Dale Street.

Robert W. Flores (Maureen Flores owner) holds an On Sale
Wine, On Sale Malt and Restaurant License at 36 South Dale
Street, doing business as La Cucaracha Restaurant.
He has requested permission to extend the existing restaurant
with wine and beer operation by 1200 sq. ft. to include 34
South Dale Street.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
