1. Shelard National Bank bought the assets of Guarant State Ba k
when Guaranty State Bank closed. We havte a Super l�ow ac�oun� and
� Certificates 'of` Deposit which w�re initiated before the closing of
Guaranty. This resolution will now approve Shelard as. the successor
to� .Guaranty for these funds.
