Voting In the Matter of condemning and taking a 40 foot wide permanent sewer easement
Ward over, under and across the southeast quarter Section 26, Towaship
1 � 5 29 North, Range 23 West. The west line of said 40 foot wide sewer
easement being 15 feet westerly of and parallel to the northerly
extension of the centerline of St. Albans Street and the east line
of said 40 foot wide sewer easement being 25 feet easterly of and
parallel to the northerly extension of the centerline of St. Albans
' Street. Said 40 foot wide sewer easement lies south of the north
right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railway Conapany and
lies north of the south right-of-way line of the Burliagton Northern
Railway Company for the Front-St. Albans Storm Sewer Project.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 6,400 financed by City Project 85-S-1264R (St. Anthony Hill R�1
, Acquisition)

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the day of
January, 1985 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
