FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR

WHEREAS, Hubert J. and Lilly R. Goffin have submitted the attached
proposed final plat for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the proposed
final plat in the block bounded by Maryland, Rose and Prosperity Avenues
and Barclay Street, currently described as :
•"The west 78.42 feet of the east 235.25 feet of the north 296.00 feet
of that part west of Maryland Heights of the Northwest Quarter of Sec.
