WHEREAS: The Servants of Mary for the Little Sisters of the Poor holds
a Bingo Ga,me License expiring Februaxy 28, 1985, issued to
them at 106"D University Avenue, permitting them to conduct the
games on Monday afternoons from 1:30 �.M. to 5:30 'P.M. , and
WHEREAS: They have requested to transfer this license to the iVorth End
Businessmens Club at 10� Rice Street, to conduct the games on
Monday afternoons from 1:30 'P.M. to 5:30 'P.M. , therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the Bingo Game �icense issued to Servants of Mary for the
Little Sisters of the �oor, be and the same is hereby transferred
to 10'�9 Rice Street permitting them to conduct the games on
Monday afternoons between the hours of 1:30 �.M. to 5:30 '1'.M.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
The Servants of Mary for the Little Sisters of the Poor request
permission for a change of bingo game location from 1060 University
Avenue to the North End Club at 1079 Rice Street
effective January 7, 1985.
This request was made by Jan Sherman who will manage the games
which will be played on Monday afternoons between the hours of
1:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division.
The recommendation is for approval.
