Hogan Assistant City Attorney DATE: December 5, 1984 RE: Heroff v. City of Saint Paul and Zasada This case involved an accident between a St. Paul squad car and a car belong to Patricia Heroff and driven by John Heroff. According to witnesses, the squad car failed to stop for a stop sign and did not have emergency vehicle status at the time of the accident. The plaintiff ' s car was valued at between $1, 650 and $2 , 350 and was totalled. Plaintiff has complained of neck injuries. The amount of the settlement, $4 , 946 . 16, is reasonable in my opinion.
