WHEREAS, a utility easement running in favor of the Department of Public Works was dedicated on
the plat of Empire Builder Industrial Park No. 2, and,
WHEREAS, the Port Authority of Saint Paul wishes a release of a portion of said easement described as
follows:
That 50.00 foot wide utility easement as shown along the west boundaries of Lot 1, Block 3, and
Outlot H, Empire Builder Industrial Park No. 2, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof, excepting therefrom those portions of said L.ot 1 and Outlot H described
as follows:
The westerly 10.00 feet of said 50.00 foot utility easement: together with a 24.00 foot
wide strip, 12.00 feet on each side of the center line as described as follows:

19 Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1: thence North 00 degrees 29
zo minutes 26 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the west line of said Lot 1, a
zi distance of 16.73 feet to the point of beginning of the center line to be described;
n thence South 61 degrees 19 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 46.47 feet and
zs there terminating.

z9 right to utility easements in the area as described in the certificate incorporated herein.
