What Will be Achieved by Takina Action on the Attache�d Materials? (Purpose/Rationale):
This resolution amends the 1984-1985 Agreement between the City and .the Painters Local 61.
This an►endment corrects the rate of pay for the title of Painter Foreman. The rate of pay
was inadvertently stated .23 cents per hour less than it should have been as per the
Agreement of the parties. The total package rate for the second year of the contract
is also being adjusted .25 per hour.

May 1985 - April 1986 - $520.

MEMORANDUI�i OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement is by and between the City of Saint Paul
and the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades� Local
61. In full settlement, the parties hereto have agreed as follows:
1. Except as herein modified the signed 1984-1985 Collective Bargaining
Agreement between the parties, shall be the basis of the forthcoming
agreement.
2. Appendix C - Page C1 of said Agreement shall be replaced with Page C1
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood that the above settlement shall be recommended by the City
Negotiator, but is sub�ect to approval by the City Administration and adoption
of the Civil Service Commission and the City Council.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have affixed their signatures this 26th
day of October,1984.
