Off Sale Liquor License and D-Original Container License
presently issued to Harold Cooperman (Harold Cooperman,
Sole Owner) dba Booze Mart at 2027 Marshall Avenue be
transferred to Bloomies, Inc. (Marcia Ann Bloom,
President) dba Marshall Liquors at the same address.
Maxcia Ann Bloom will personally operate the business.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division. The recommendation is for approval.
