Paul Distribution Center Request for Twin-Trailer Route Designation Dear Mr. fyygaard: In 1982 3M received approval from the city of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota to initiate twin-trailer truck movements from our �istribution Center located at Case Avenue and liaael Street to Interstate 94 via White �ear Avenue. This approval was subsequently resclnded and referred to committee by the City Council before the 3M plan could be implemented. Since then, as you are probably aware, a federal law was inacted (in late 1982) mandating several provisions for commercial truck opPrations.
