RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with Independent School District
No. 625 whereby the District W�11 contribute in part and receive the
benefits of the City's contract with Hallcrest-Craver Associates,
Inc. , which is conducting a classification and compensation study
of all City jobs, subject to the terms and conditions of said agree-
ment, a copy of which is on file and of record with the Department
of Finance and Management Services.

AGREEMENT .
AN AGREEMENT� dated this day of . 1984 by and
between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "City"
and INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 625, hereinafter referred to as "District".
WITNESSETH:
WI�REAS, the City has contracted with Hallcrest-Craver Associates, Inc.
of McLean, Virginia, to conduct a classification and compensation study of the
�obs catalogued and utilized by the City's Personnel Office; this being done
pursuant to the City�s request for a proposal (RFP) No. A-9968-J; and
WIiEREAS, the District will share in the benefits of the above-referenced
contract by receiving copies of all materials and reports furnished to the
City pursuant to the contract from said Associates; now, therefore,
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the City and District as follows:
1. That the above recitals are incorporated herein by reference.
2. That in consideration of the benefits to be derived by the District,
the District agrees to pay to the City the amount of $48,270.00 upon the
execution of this agreement.
3. That if the scope of the work under the above referenced contract
is increased and said District agrees to receive the benefits of such ad-
ditional work, then the District shall pay to the City, in addition to the
aforementioned sum, 28% of Hallcrest-Craver's billings to the City for such
additional work as the work is received.
