The parking lot will be closed when the business-uses are closed, meeting the second condition. However, the lot must remain accessible to the residences to the north so that they can use their garages; c. No loading area is shown on the site plan, and the parking space dimensions are designed only for private passenger vehicles, meeting the third condition; d. Petitioners will not use the lot for repair work, service, or sales, meeting the fourth condition; e. Petitioners propose no signs on the lot; the fifth condition does not aPP�Y� f. .
