WHEREAS, by Council File No. 280549 the Council did approve
the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds in the
approximate amount of $1, 000, 000 for the acquisition and
remodeling of a building located at 830 Hampden Avenue for
a limited partnership known as the Hampden Building Limited
Par'tnership� and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was adopted June 30, 1983 ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsi-
bilities Act (TEFRA) , it is necessary for the Council to approve
bond issues within one year of the sale of the bonds; and
WHEREAS, one year has lapsed since the original authoriza-
tion of the sale of bonds by the Port Authority for the Hampden
Buildinq Project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the issuance of Industrial Developmeni.
Revenue Bonds by the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul
for the Hampden Building Project now anticipated to be in the
amount of $1, 500, 000 is hereby approved.
