WHEREAS, a condition of Council File 84-467 required that the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul ar�cl Pacific Railroad Company convey t�o the City
of St. Paul a permanent roadway easement; and
WHEREA.S, the City's Valuation Engineer and representatives of the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company have agreed on the
ternu of such an easement;
NOW Tf�REE�ORE BE IT RF50LVID, that the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to accept the permanent, non-exclusive easement
agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for the
property described as:
�e South 20.00 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block 8, A.
Vanc�e Brown's Subdivisi� of "Stinson, Brawn & Ramsey's"
Addition to St. Paul.
Also, Ztiat part of Block 38, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's
Additi� to St. Paul lying southerly of the follawing
described line: Beginning � the West line of said
Block 38, 20.00 feet North of the northw�est corner of
Dawson's Subdivision of Block 38, Stinson, Brawn and
Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul; thence on a straight
line to a point on the West line of Ipt 11, Block 8, A.
Vance Brawn's Subdivision of "Stinson, Brawn &
Ramsey's" Addition to St. Paul, 20.00 feet north of the
southwest corner of said Lot 11 and there said line
terminates, and lying north of the North line of said
Dawson's Subdivision of Block 38, "Stinson, Bravn &
Ramsey's" Addition to St. Paul, Ramsey County,
Minnesota.

Railroad Company, Debtor, being in possession of all the assets and
I property of said Railroad Company under authority of the United States

District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division,
Docket No. 77 B 8999 in proceedings under Section 77 of the Bankruptcy
Act and pursuant to Order No. 19> of said Court entered March 6, 1978,
for and in consideration of the sum of $1,250.00, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof are hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT, free
from the liens of said Railroad Company's First Mortgage and General
Mortgage, each dated as of January 1, 1944, and all mortgages
supplementary thereto, and from all other liens and claims as provided
. in said Order No. 19, unto CITY OF ST. PAUL, 286 City Hall, St. Paul,
riinnesota, 55102, Grantee, A permanent easement for the non-exclusive right of
access over the existing roadway located upon Grantor's property and
ektending easterly from Victoria Street and legally described as
follows:
The South 20.00 feet o£ Lots 11 and 12, Block 8, A•
Vance Brown's Subdivision of "Stinson, Brown &
Ramsey's" Addition to St. Paul.
ALSO
That part of Block 38, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's
Addition to St. Paul lying southerly of the following
described 13.ne: Beginning on the WesC line of said
Block 38, 20.00 feet North of the northwest corner of
