WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul acquired for its Board of Education,
certain property in 1955; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has since become Independent School
District #625; and
WHEREAS, Independent School District #625 now wishes to sell that
property and the abstract does not contain a deed from the City to the
Schaol District;
1�W Tf��ORE BE RESOLVID, that the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed for the property
legally described as:
�he West 47.66 feet of the East 180 feet of
the South 45.6 feet of Lot 2, Block l, Dale Street
Garden Lots.
