RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Ruth and Charles Larsen
Plaintiff Ruth Larsen tripped on a two-inch rise between sidewalk
panels located on Dunlap Street between Blair and Van Buren Streets
on July 5, 1981. Plaintiff broke her right elbow and left ankle
as a result of her fall.
Plaintiff has incurred medical damages totalling approximately
$5, 000 . This office recommends settlement of this case for the
sum of $10, 500 .
