Department of Finance and Management Senrices, Room 218,City Hall-Court House within
30 days of the City Council's approvc�l.After 30 days any unpaid assessment will be certified
for collection in 5 equal installments with the real estate taxes beginning in 1986
with interest at the rate of 9 �per annum on the unpaid assessment balance.
