�njFjF.RFAS� the Council of the City of St. Paul by Council Resolution
C.F. 280215 on April 26, 1983, did authorize proper City officials to
oondemn an easement for slopes, cuts ar�l fills oaz a oertain property owned
by Grace Milbradt and a possible contract purchaser, A & S Properties for
removal and reconstruction of a bridge over the Chicago North Western
Railroad tracks on Payne Avenue and to improve the approaches by doing work
necessary and to award $100.00 for the inconvenience caused them; ar�d
WI�tEA,S, all mail addressed to Grace Milbradt and A & S Properties has
been returned to the Finance Department; and
W�S, the City is desirous of proceeding immediately with bridge and
street improvements; and
WHEREAS, Section 13.03.3 of the Saint Paul City Charter requires the
City Charter to pass a resolution directirig the deposit of the undelivered
award into District Court prior t�o the passage of title and the �mmencement
of the improvements.
NOW TI��ORE BE IT RESOLVID, that the Council of the City of St. Paul
by this resoluti� hereby authorizes the proper City officials to deposit
with the Clerk of Court the amount of $100.00, which represents the award
granted to the above named property owners, as a result of the condemnation
referred to in Oouncil Resolution C.F. 280215.
