WHEREAS: Midway Motor Inn is the holder of a Hotel-50 Rooms and 46
Additional Rooms License at 1964 University Avenue.
WHEREAS: The License Inspector recommends suspension of the Hotel
License on the following grounds:
Non-payment of April, May, June and July Hotel/D4ote1 Tax
as required by the St. Paul Legislative Code 99.62 which
provides for a tax of 3% of the room charges:
WHEREAS: The above grounds and recommendation were communicated
to the licensee by letter dated September 26, 1984.
