RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an Agreement with the City of Oakdale whereby the St. Paul Police De-
partment will provide two-way radio and other electronic equipment repair, in-
spection services and technical assistance to the Oakdale Police Department; a
copy of said agreement to be kept on file and of record in the Department of
Finance and Ma.nagement Services.

The City of St. Paul will be reimbursed for providing radio repair services to the
City of Oakdale, Minnesota.
Financial , Budgetary and Personnel In�pacts Anticipated:
The City of St. Paul is to be paid $28.00 per hour of service provided plus 15� to
cover ordering, handling, shipping and stocking; subject to increase upon increase
in operating and labor costs.
