the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000; to:
1 . Complete Auto Body the sum of $443 .60 in full settlement of
its claim of damages sustained on or about June 9 , 1984 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on July 9 , 1984 .
2 . Greg J. Cylkowski the sum of $35 .00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about June 15 , 1984 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk ' s office on July 13 , 1984 .
3 . Leona G. Laurie the sum of $260 .00 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about March 28 , 1984 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk ' s office on June 26 , 1984 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY COMPLETE AUTO BODY, GREG J. CYLKOWSKI,
and LEONA G. LAURIE
On June 9 , 1984 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police,
veY,icle driven by Officer Dennis Abel , backed into a parked
vehicle at Como Park. The vehicle was damaged as a result in
the amount of $443 . 60 . This vehicle is woned by Complete Auto
Body. This office approves the settlement of its claim in the
amount of $443 . 60 .
On June 15 , 1984, a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police,
employee used a device to unlock a vehicle owned by claimant ,
Greg Cylkowski , which was in the process of being towed. The
door lock was broken as a reuslt and damaged in the amount of
$35 . 00 . This office approves the settlement of Mr . Cylkowski ' s
claim in the amount of $35 . 00 .
Claimant, Leona G. Laurie, requests r�imbursement for medical
expenses she incurred when she fell on a City of Saint Paul
si�ewalk located near Ramsey and Pleasant . This office approves
the settlement of Mrs . Laurie ' s claim in the amount of $260 . 00.
