RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Mutual Aid Agreement with the City of
South Saint Paul for the providing of police services to either
City, subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in said
agreement, a copy of which is to be kept on file and of record in
the Department of Finance and Management Services .
