As discussed, this 15' x 140' easement is necessary in order to blend the new pedestrian path into the slope that is along our comnon property line. All vegetation, including voluntary trees and shrubs will be removed within ! the easement area if deemed necessary to f acilitate the blending of the slope to the path. This same disturbed area will then be sodded to provide a smooth transition to the adjacent areas. . It is understood that this easement is temporary and will terminate at the end of the construction period, projected to be late fall of 1984. I have enclosed two copies of this letter.. As representative of the Burns Avenue I Baptist Church please indicate your approval of the temporary easement by placing your signature and date of acceptance on the line below.
