WHEREAS, An ordinance, CouhCil File No. 84-1334 granting Familystyle
Homes, a Division of Family Stlye of Saint Paul , Inc. , 398 Duke Street,
Saint Paul Minnesota, permission to construct, operate, and maintain a
telephone cable and conduit across Duke Street, to extend from 398 Duke
Street to 395 Duke Street, at approximately 445 feet south of Jefferson
Avenue has been prepared and introduced to the Counctl and will be adopted
on october 18 , 1984 to be effective eventually on November 26 , 1984;
now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said ordinance becoming effective the Director
of the Department of Public Wo�ks is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a permit to Familystyle Homes, a Division of Family Style of Saint Paul ,
inc. , for the construction of said tetephone cable and conduit subject to
the same conditions and requirements established in ordinance, Council File
No. 84-1334 , pending before the Councfl of the City of Saint Paul . informal
approval of said construction being he�eby given in anticipation of the final
adoption and approval of said ordinance.
