Chileione, c/o John Bellows Jr. , 435 Hamm Building, St. Paul, I�TN 55102. There are no judgment liens or mortgages of record although oral notice was received by the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement that Polk County inay have a lien interest in the property but the County's claim is not on file in the Ramsey County Recorder' s Office. Another party of interest is: Howard C. Callendar, 2099 hartford Ave. , St. Paul, M1V 55116 who was appointed guardian over P�Is. Chilefone ' s interests in 1972 . The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement has been orally informed that Mr. Callendar is deceased and that Mr. Bellows is now handling the Chilefone estate. Rear porch has a water damaged ceiling. 2 . Rear porch has holes in walls. Walls are not properly supported on foundation. 3. Illegal Romex wiring to convenience outlet in rear porch. 4 . The exterior door to porch in rear has been removed. Kitchend l. Water damage to ceiling. 2. Illegal wirin� from wall outlet. 3. Floor is water damaged. 4. Uncapped gas pipe through floor. 5. Unvented waste for sink. 6 . Broken sash cords on windows. 7. Electrical service is undersized; a 30 AMP, 115 VOLT. Dining Room: l. Ceiling has loose, hanging tile , 2 . Walls have cracked and loose plaster. 3. Ceiling has cracked and loose plaster. 4 . Lvindows are vanadalized and are missing sash cords . 5 . Floor is unlevel. 6 . Room lacks an adequate number of convenience outlets. Cellar: 1. West foundation wall has open cracks and is leaning out of plumb . 2 . Water heater has back pitched vent pipe and imprope�ly installed temperature-pressure relief valve. 10. No drip tee on gas pipe to water heater. 11. Undersized water pipeing to the water heater. 3 . The conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard; 4 . No attempt has been made to satisfactorily repair the damage despite the warnings of the Housing and Building Code Enforce- ment Division; 5 . The owners of the above described building shall make the same safe and not detrimental to the public peace, health, safety and welfare by having the said building razed and the materials therefrom removed from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the service of this Order; 2. Unless such corrective action is taken to comply with this Order or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the office of the Clerk of District Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota within twenty (2(�) days from the date of the service of this Order, a Motion for summary enforcement of this Order to raze and remove the said building will be made to the Ramsey County District Court; 3. In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of Saint Paul pursuant to judgment of the District Court, all personal property or fixtures of any kind which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and removal of this building shall be removed within ten (1�) days from the entry of judgment; and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove and dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided by law; 4.
