Russell on beha]:f of the Stat� of Minnesota, did file applications included in County Assessor's Reports Nos . 422& and 4234 with the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County and the Commissioner of Revenue for the State of P�Iinnesota to have street maintenance assessments against property identified in said Reports abated for the year 1983; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Department of Taxation has determined that this property is exempt per Minnesota State Statute Section 272 .68 and that the street maintenance assessments for the year 1983 should be fully abated. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the above-mentioned applications of Donald A. Russell on behalf of the State of �iinnesota for the abate- ment of the street maintenance assessments referred to in said appli- cations. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon passage and adoption of this resolution, the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit a copy of same to the Ramsey County Auditor.
